Our Progress

Where We Are in the Development Process

The Board of Directors of Our Place NH is working diligently to raise the funds needed to begin construction and renovation of our future home for 11 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The total project cost is approximately $4.5 million, and thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we are halfway to our goal.

Today, Our Place NH remains an all-volunteer organization. We carefully manage every dollar, directing our resources toward pre-development expenses, project planning, and fundraising while keeping administrative costs as low as possible. As we move closer to opening our doors, we are also planning for the future by building the operating reserves needed to support our first year of operations, including hiring the staff who will work with our service providers to help create a safe, welcoming, and thriving home for our residents. Every contribution brings us one step closer to making this vision a reality.
